Do other banks with bank accounts have to make OTPs in this way?

Or can I just use the security card that I used?

You only need to get one OTP regardless of the financial institution.
If you go to other bank sites other than Woori Bank, there is a menu to register OTP from other banks.

If you register otp with another bank, you can use it as otp.
If you don't register, you can use the security card as before.
