Is it okay to pay for a band-cut?

I was looking for a simple video editing program and tried using Bandicut. I like Bandicut watermark because it's free, but I heard that Bandicut watermark won't come out if I use it for a fee. The price is 33,000 won, so I don't think it's very cheap. Would it be satisfactory?
