I can't get a close-up shot with Samsik lenses. Why is that?

I use Sigma 30mm F1.4, also known as Samsik lens.

Other things work well, but strangely, if you just fold it, it doesn't work well.

Why is that?

For Samsik, 30cm is the shortest focal length.
I think it's because I'm trying to film it closer than this.
