After creating a Google account in Korea, I need to authenticate my phone to use it in the United States.
When you authenticate your phone, it comes out so that only Korean carriers can choose.
I think we need to change the setting from Korea to America.

If you go to https://plus.google.com and go to Settings, you can change the country from the phone number menu.
