If you're using Mangwon for the first time, I think you'll think about it between Tamron 70-300vc and Nikon 70-300vr.
Personally, I recommend Tamron 70-300vc.
They're pretty much the same, but since Tamron is f4 and Nikon is f4.5, Tamron is brighter
