How do you know if the qcy t2c case is full?

I received qcyt2c for the first time today and I'm using it.

Even if I charge the case for a long time, the green light keeps on coming on.

How do I know if it's a buffer?

I think it'll turn off when it's fully charged, but the light is on as if it's still charging.
