I think the diet is okay in terms of calories
If you get PT for exercise, a professional will let you fit your body type, so I think you'll do well
I want to tackle you, but there's nothing to bet on
I don't think it'd be good to eat protein shake before going to bed
It's not a calorie problem, but if you eat it within 3 to 4 hours before going to bed, you can develop reflux esophagitis
