Why is grinding fruits higher than eating them raw?
I bought it because they said it was good, but it's ambiguous

It's because the fiber that you'll eat raw is filtered out when you grind the fruit.
Dietary fibers prevent excessive sugar absorption.
It's good because it's juicy
If you eat it raw, you won't eat it often
But if you grind it, you eat it more often, so you can take care of your health
