I don't know if it's 5kg, but I lose some weight if I don't eat all the snacks
Standards are important. It is possible to lose 5kg by 100kg in a week. It is hard for a woman to lose 3kg by 50kg. Since you're worried about losing weight, at least you think you're fat.
