If a new bios came out, it could be the latest feature or bug patch, so it's good to do it if you can update it.

If you're using it well now, you don't have to update the bios.
It's better not to touch bios for no reason because they are sensitive.
Just because it's a new version doesn't mean it doesn't have a new bug.
