Press the Windows key and the c key on the keyboard at the same time. (Windows Key + C)
When the right side menu Cham Bar is displayed, click the Settings menu.
Click the Change PC settings menu.
Users – Click the Add User menu.
Enter the name of the user account you want to use in the future, then click the Next – Finish button.
In desktop mode, press the Windows key and x together to select Control Panel.
Click Control Panel – User Accounts and Family Protection – User Accounts – Manage Other Regulations.
Select a newly added account, click Change Account Type to select Administrator, and click Change Account Type.
