Upgrading PC RAM from 16 gigabytes to 32 gigabytes

Hello.

I am currently using 16 gigabytes of RAM on PC.

My main tasks are the Internet, watching movies, and sometimes Photoshop

If I upgrade from 16 gigabytes to 32 gigabytes, will I feel a lot?

Photoshop work might be affected, but it doesn't make a big difference unless you display several big image files

I don't think you can feel it even if you write 32

It's a multi-finger flick, but I think 16 is the best for current use
If it's the same money, it's better to spend it on cpu or something
