Just do simple stretching on your period. If you put too much on your body, you'll get sick. Even if you work out hard all day, you have to do it consistently. If you work hard, you'll get tired quickly. It's good to be moderate in everything. I think dieting is a lifetime, not a short period of time. If you reach your target weight and go back to your pre-diet lifestyle the next day like a loose colt, of course you'll get yo-yo.
