How do I buy a bullet in gta5?

If you go into the weapons store, there's a place where guns are displayed.
You can buy it if you go in there.

You'll see a gun display in the arms store.
If you've already bought a gun, you'll see a general information window in the upper left corner.
Then click on the gun name and you can buy it at the coal window.
