Didn't Caiens come out?

As far as I know, the new Cayenne came out this time.

When I went into the Porsche site and made my own Porsche, Caiens didn't come out...

Will Caiens be excluded from this release?

It was released in Korea in November 2018 and went on sale.
I don't know why it doesn't come out in Porsche.
