Can I turn on the dehumidifier even in winter?

I'd like to turn on the dehumidifier to dry the laundry.

I was wondering if I could use a dehumidifier even in winter.

Are you sensitive to temperature or something?

From what I've seen before, if the temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius, it can break down if you turn on the dehumidifier

If it's winter, it'll dry really quickly even if you don't turn on the dehumidifier
