Would it be more advantageous to go to graduate school when you enter a public company?

I'd like to prepare for joining a public company.

I was wondering if it would be more advantageous to go to graduate school,

or to prepare for employment.

How about those who have prepared it?

Public corporations have a lot of blinds in their companies. If it's a goal of a public company, I don't think it's meaningful
