How do you make a robot?

These days, individuals develop robots and compete on TV.

If it's a robot, only robot engineers see it...

The hurdles seem high for individuals, so how did they develop them?

I think it will take too much time to make everything from soldering to control, do you have a development kit or something?

It's usually made from Arduino or Raspberry Pie.
There's a module that allows some individuals to make it.
If it's your first time, Arduino is more suitable for beginners.
