For those who use Note 9, is the video quality okay?

I'm using Note 9.

When you watch the video, the resolution is clean for a moment, and then the resolution goes down.

It's not like that, but it's especially like that when I watch Instagram videos.

I was wondering what other people think.

I don't know if it's Jong-Teuk or Instagram or a completely different problem.
