If you go into the album tab, there's a menu called "Recently Deleted Item"
Rather than a trash can, there is a place where videos and photos that have been deleted for 30 days are kept because of the recently deleted list.
There is. There is a separate album folder that collects deleted photos before all photos go in, but they are completely deleted after a certain period of time
