How do you anesthetize your eyes if you do both?

I'm going to do both double eyelid and front slit.

As far as I know, double eyelid is anesthetized.

I heard that front slit is local anesthesia.

Then how do you do both & nbsp;?

I opened my double eyelid bridge, but I slept for a few minutes, and I had double eyelid bridge
Then, I applied partial anesthesia to open my eyes
