How do I solve the blurred text in Windows 10?

I reinstalled Windows 10

Some of the Internet or programs are so blurry that my eyes hurt.

How can I solve this?

As far as I know, problems arise in the case of rolling chains on the Internet.
The rolling system was just set up on the site, so it can't be helped unless the site manager does something about it.
I'm not sure about anything else.
