What exactly is it called UCC?

UCC(User Created Contents)
In other words, it is a new term meaning user-generated content, and refers to personally created works (content that include all translated subtitles or answers posted on Knowledge iN).
Recently, UCC has a majority of videos in that category, and there is a representative FREE HUG video that has spread around the world.

However, the UCC does not include 'commercial' personal works for commercial purposes. In other words, TV advertisements or show hosts for UCC videos on Internet portal sites, which used personal videos but whose purpose is to promote the site, provide explanations of the products based on personal experience, but home shopping for commercial purposes is out of the category of UCC.
