Why does Google keep going into co.jp?

Not long ago, if you type google.com and go into Google, it turns into google.co.jp.

And ad sense ads appear in Japanese.

This is fine, but it's uncomfortable because it comes out in Japanese when I go into Google Play when I use my smartphone.

Can I set this to appear in Korean as the default?

Google doesn't have a customer center, so it's not appropriate to ask.
