High rice (Hayashi rice, hash rice) is a dish that is stir-fried with sliced beef and onions with butter and poured on rice with Demi Glass with red wine and tomato sauce. It is one of Japan's representative Western styles, and has a similar appearance to curry rice. In Korea, the original name of Hayashi Rice (으며 경우가イス)) is often called Hai-Rice, and similarly, in Osaka and Kobe, Hai-Rice ( 생략シライス),) is omitted and called Hai-Rai.
