How about using public transportation in Croatia?

In Croatia, I heard that rental cars are good because public transportation is not good.

Everyone who goes with me is a beginner at driving.

How about just moving by public transportation?

Is it very inconvenient to move to a bus or something?

I was wondering if it was almost like Jeju Island.
