There is a phenomenon where the screen stops like ssd freezing.Pressing the
key does not work.
Whenever this happens, it reboots by force.
Sometimes, I think it's more than the product.

I guess you need to get an as from the top
Settings > Privacy > Analysis > Analysis Data
If you look here, check if there's a line that starts with the word panic
If you have this, you need to exchange it
