How do I set up my AirPods telling me their names and phone numbers when I get a call?

As far as I know, AirPods have a function to tell you the name and phone number when you get a call.

I can't do this, but I can only hear the phone sound like a regular phone call.

If you want to come out, how do you set it up?

If you use the t-phone, you can get it out of the t-phone setting.
