There is a data disconnection error when using AdGuard, what should I check?

I installed AdGuard.

When I enter a site, an error appears as shown below.

Data access is blocked.

Please connect a Wi-Fi network or change it to the mobile data access authorization state before using it.

This is What should I check?

Is there anything that needs to be changed during the setting?

Turn off the Enable site filtering check in App Management
