I do use our card, but it keeps asking me to install the app, but it doesn't matter if I delete the app or if it's because of the card I put in the case, but why does it keep asking me to install the app?

Turn off the NFC on your phone
NFC recognition distance is quite long, so if the card is close, it could be because it recognizes the card
