If I buy Apple Watch 4 Cellular directly from Japan, will it be as in Korea?

I'm thinking of buying an Apple Watch 4 when I go to Japan.

I don't know if it's used in Korea or not.

Some people say it's not a cellular model.

Others say that I can check the phone with Apple.

Is there anything exactly released?
