"Drone, fly as much as you want at Han River Park"...Gwangnaru Drone Park opens on the 25th
A drone weighing less than 12kg flies up to 150m in the air..."Drone flight competition this fall"
(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Kim Dong-kyu = There will be a space for drones to fly freely on the lawn of Hangang Park, which is open on all sides.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 16th that it will designate and operate 27,000㎡ of lawn around Gwangnaru Hangang Park Model Airfield as the "Han River Drone Park" from the 25th of this month.
Gwangnaru Hangang Park Model Airfield has been equipped with a runway for taking off and landing RC model airplanes since 2009, and has been licensed to use the place by the Korea Model Aviation Association, where model airplanes still fly.
After reviewing and consulting safety and security factors with related agencies such as the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Capital Defense Command, the city designated the model airfield as a drone park.
At Hangang Drone Park on a flat lawn in front of the model airfield, drones weighing less than 12 kilograms can fly freely from less than 150 meters without a separate approval process.

Not big drones, but very small drones.
If it's a drone like that, I think you can fly it indoors.
The interior has nothing to do with aviation law.
