It's a new cell phone, but it's not working

I just changed my device to iPhone Xs Max

I couldn't use it yesterday because I didn't have time.

All I had to do was to put in a USIM from my previous phone.

It's the weekend, but I'm in trouble because I couldn't contact the customer center.

Or should I visit the agency and open it separately?
