How often do you change your iPhone battery?

It's been almost a year since I used iPhone X.

I heard that iPhone batteries will be replaced free of charge until this year.

I don't think I need to replace them because it's over 90% yet.

How often do you replace iPhone batteries?

Would it be good to do it this year

Or if you don't have to replace it for a long time, I'll just use it without replacing it
