Do I get a prize if I win a lottery in a foreign country?

I was wondering because it was noisy because of the lottery in the U.S.

I bought a lottery ticket when I went abroad for a while, and I was wondering what would happen if I won the lottery.

I don't even have a bank account, so how can I give a prize?

Should I ask them to open a bank account in that country?

Or should I send it to my bank account?
