How do I implicitly renew a real estate lease?

real-estate charter an-implicit-renewal

I have a house that I live in now, and I signed a one-year contract.

I looked it up and found that it was an implicit renewal.

What should I do to do this?

Even if I don't write a contract separately, should I contact the landlord and do it verbally?

Or should I say it's a provisional contract through real estate? Anyway, should I write something simple?

An implicit renewal is an automatic renewal without saying anything
So you don't have to do anything

Then I can just stay still, right? The contract is still the same?

Yes, there's nothing else to do

I think it will be implicitly renewed if we don't talk about anything until one month before the contract expires.
So this is called implicit renewal or implicit renewal.
I can live up to 2 years

As far as I know, implicit renewal just means automatic renewal
I understand that you can live for two years under the Lease Protection Act

After living for a year, the landlord can raise the monthly rent to 5%, so please refer to that
