I think the Shift key is pressed automatically, how do I fix it?

So it keeps writing in double consonants or when I click on the mouse, so it's very uncomfortable.

How do I fix this?

I think the Shift fixed key is set
If you press Shift 5 times, it may be set
To release, press the left and right shift simultaneously to release the setting
