How do I test basic cosmetics?

Basic cosmetics often cause skin trouble.

My skin is sensitive, so it bothers me.

I want to avoid skin trouble if possible.

How do you test everyone?

I thought it would be different to apply it on your face or neck.

Or do you test your face?
