Please recommend a program that can speed up videos

The Gom player I'm using now keeps breaking off if I do things like 0.5x2x.

Is there a program that doesn't break even if I change the video speed?

I'm going to use it for language use, but it's important that it doesn't get cut off.

I know bear players and Windows media players, but there's a problem with subtitles
