Can't I sell used cell phones that I bought directly?

-fast-ball cell-phone used

There was a saying that cell phones bought directly from overseas should not be sold as used ones.

They insisted that they should not be sold because they did not receive electronic certification.

Is it really not possible?

I don't think all people who purchased it directly from overseas can hold it.

Does anyone know exactly?

I know you can't, but don't you usually sell them all?

I think it's a problem to take a lot and sell them right away
It doesn't matter how much you use it and sell it

I heard it's going to take time to buy it and resell it right away
It's okay to use it for 1 or 2 years and sell it secondhand years

In principle, it takes a year or two to sell it
Actually, I looked online and found someone caught it
