Does the Android phone clean up the RAM well?

I've been using iPhone, but I'm going to move on to Note 9.

I'm more curious than anything else, but in the case of iPhones, they organize the RAM on their own even if the app doesn't end.

Does Android phone organize the RAM well?

If the RAM is not organized well, I think you should close the app from time to time.
