If it's the first time, it's more comfortable for people to do it
You can just go to the counter and ask them to do it
If you're not used to mobile, it can take time and be uncomfortable
I just recommend the counter
I think it's safe for people to do it for me, so I use that
I'm afraid I'll miss out on something like a mobile check-in or a terminal
