Why is it that I can't access the secure Wi-Fi at Starbucks?

I'm at Starbucks.

There's a secure Wi-Fi and just Wi-Fi. If I just connect to Wi-Fi, it works.

Secure Wi-Fi doesn't work.

Why is that?

I think I can just use it, but I think security will be safe.

Is there anything I need to catch in the cell phone settings?

For reference, I am using iPhone x on KT
