There's been this problem since the beginning of OneNote, but it hasn't been solved yet
I guess there's no way. I'll have to look for another program. Thank you for the recommendation.
1. Click the arrow next to the pen mode in the drawing
2. Select Create Draw Only
3. Uncheck Enable Pen-Automatic Handwriting Recognition in Options-Advanced
