Why is the GTX1080 Ti company different?

I'm looking for a GTX1080Ti graphic card.

Even though it's the same GTX1080Ti, I looked it up and found out that GIGABYTE, ZOTAC, and EMTECH produce it separately.

What's the reason for the company's difference?

As far as I know, Nvidia makes it.

Are the importers just different?

Then do you get as differently?
