It's good for your eyes
If you just turn it on, the blue light will fade from the screen, so it might look a bit red
If you want to see the exact color, it's better not to turn it on
It's good to turn on things that are good for your eyes
It's better to turn it off in the morning and turn it on in the evening, but it's annoying to set it up
