How do I put data in a digital frame?

Looking at the digital frame, the pictures keep changing and coming out.

How do I put the data in here?

Do I plug in the same memory as the sd card?

Or does it have its own memory?

Or if I connect to Wi-Fi, do I drag from the Internet and show it?
