Why do you feel that the temperature is hot compared to your body temperature?

body-temperature temperature weather

My body temperature is 36.5 degrees on average.

If it's over 30 degrees, it feels pretty hot.

If it's 36.5 degrees, it feels really hot.

I think it's cooler than you think.

Why do you feel the temperature is much hotter than you think?

If you look at the overall temperature of your body, I think your skin temperature is around 30 degrees
So if it's over 30 degrees, it feels pretty hot
