When formatting, should I choose NTFS or FAT32?

--format ntfs fat32

When I try to format it, it says to choose between NTFS and FAT32.

Which one should I choose?

- - NTFS
Reliability and scalability, but lack compatibility.
In other words, it can be written on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10, but not on other operating systems.
- - FAT32
Reliability and compatibility, but lack scalability.
In other words, you can open it here and there, not just in the window, but there is a capacity limit.
- - exFAT
Compatibility and scalability, but lack reliability.
