The electricity bill is high because of the outdoor unit, but I heard that the electricity bill is the same anyway because both air conditioning and dehumidification have to use the same outdoor unit
To give you a brief explanation,
If you turn on the air conditioner, the temperature will decrease, so the humidity will decrease
Dehumidification alone can't lower the temperature, so more outdoor units have to be operated to lower the humidity
So the air conditioner actually uses the outdoor unit less, so it consumes less electricity
